Rav Kook on blogging

It is surely our duty at the present time to write about the God of Israel in books, pamphets, essays, imaginative tracts, poems, commentaries, and homilies, in all the forms of literary expression tht can communicate our thought to the public. And it is for us to state our beliefs and opinions in comprehensible terms, for ourselves and for the generations to come. Eder Hayakar, pp. 13-15; Essential Writings of Abraham Isaac Kook, p.48
Incidentally, it's still not too late to register for a chance at a free copy of the book. See the Ben Yehuda Press web site for details. TrackBack

Check out this great NCSY movie I saw online http://www.ncsyalum.org/trailer.php - It’s a really nice movie even if you were never involved in NCSY, like myself.

But if you were involved, it looks like they’re putting together a really fun NCSY Alumni Shabbaton this Presidents’ weekend: www.ncsyalum.org
