Julian Aberbach, founder of a music publishing company that owned rights to Elvis Presley's compositions, died May 17 in New York. He was 95.Aberbach was born in Vienna in 1909. In 1939, after founding a music publishing company in Paris, he fled the growing Nazi power in Europe for the United States. He later joined the U.S. Army and returned to Europe during World War II.
